PORTARIA Nº 35/2025 – GP/CMM
O PRESIDENTE DA CÂMARA MUNICIPAL DE MOSSORÓ, no uso das atribuições que lhe são conferidas pelo artigo 31, inciso II, alínea “a” do Regimento Interno desta Casa Legislativa, RESOLVE: Art. 1º - Designar o servidor JOSÉ BORGES DOS SANTOS NETO, matrícula n° 034669-1, para atuar como GESTOR DO CONTRATO de n° 17/2020, firmado entre a CÂMARA MUNICIPAL DE MOSSORÓ – RIO GRANDE DO NORTE e a empresa BRASIL E MATOS LTDA ME, CNPJ/MF n° 00.623.949/0001-48, referente à Pregão Presencial de nº 10/2020.Art. 2º - Designar o servidor GILENO JÁCOME DE MELO JUNIOR, matrícula n° 034674-6, para atuar como FISCAL DO CONTRATO de n° 17/2020, firmado entre a CÂMARA MUNICIPAL DE MOSSORÓ – RIO GRANDE DO NORTE e a empresa BRASIL E MATOS LTDA ME, CNPJ/MF n° 00.623.949/0001-48, referente à Pregão Presencial de nº 10/2020.Art. 3º - Esta Portaria entrará em vigor na data de sua publicação.
