PORTARIA Nº 36/2025 – GP/CMM
O PRESIDENTE DA CÂMARA MUNICIPAL DE MOSSORÓ, no uso das atribuições que lhe são conferidas pelo artigo 31, inciso II, alínea “a” do Regimento Interno desta Casa Legislativa, RESOLVE: Art. 1º - Designar o servidor GILENO JÁCOME DE MELO JUNIOR, matrícula n° 034674-6, para atuar como GESTOR DO CONTRATO de n° 012/2022, firmado entre a CÂMARA MUNICIPAL DE MOSSORÓ – RIO GRANDE DO NORTE e a empresa PRIME CONSULTORIA E ASSESSORIA EMPRESARIAL LTDA, CNPJ/MF n° 05.340.639/0001-30, referente ao Pregão Presencial de nº 007/2022.Art. 2º - Designar o servidor JANSEN DA SILVA LEITE, matrícula nº 034715-2, para atuar como FISCAL DO CONTRATO de n° 012/2022, firmado entre a CÂMARA MUNICIPAL DE MOSSORÓ – RIO GRANDE DO NORTE e a empresa PRIME CONSULTORIA E ASSESSORIA EMPRESARIAL LTDA, CNPJ/MF n° 05.340.639/0001-30, referente ao Pregão Presencial de nº 007/2022.Art. 3º - Revoga-se a Portaria nº 26/2025 – GP/CMM e as demais disposições em contrário.Art. 4º - Esta Portaria entrará em vigor na data de sua publicação.
